What each provider gives you
All 19 integrations support automatic call ingestion and AI scoring. 16 also feed the real-time agent and queue dashboard; the table shows how much of it each one supports.

Preferred
Full real-time dashboard support
These platforms expose real-time agent presence, named status codes and queue statistics through their API, unlocking the full live dashboard and Shift Time Allocation alongside automatic call ingestion and AI scoring.
Compatible
Real-time dashboard support
Full call ingestion and AI scoring plus the live agent and queue dashboard. Agent status arrives as available or on a call rather than named status codes, so Shift Time Allocation is less detailed. How much queue detail each platform exposes varies — the table above shows it per provider.
Others
Call records & AI scoring
Recordings pull in automatically and every call gets AI-powered scoring and coaching. Real-time support varies: Zoom Phone, GoTo Connect, and Twilio also feed the live dashboard, while MiaRec, VitalPBX, and VoIP.ms are call records only.
Billing, CRM & Network
Billing, customer and network data
NISC iVUE puts the member account beside every call and lets the AI voice agent verify callers and file trouble tickets. Calix Cloud adds the subscriber's line, Wi-Fi and outage picture. Microsoft Outlook connects a billing mailbox — one someone signs in to, or a shared inbox connected app-only — to the AI Email Assistant. More CRM integrations are coming soon.

API, Webhooks & SSO
Build on Call Coach IQ
Pull scored calls into your own systems, react to events as they happen, and sign in with your identity provider.
REST API
A key-authenticated REST API for calls, agents and insights, including vCon export of a call. Keys are issued by our team on request, and the full OpenAPI specification is public.
OpenAPI specificationSigned webhooks
Admins register HTTPS endpoints and receive signed events when a call is analyzed, coaching is assigned or acknowledged, a commitment comes due, an audit flag is raised, or a customer theme spikes — with a per-attempt delivery log.
Single sign-on
SAML or OIDC single sign-on through Google Cloud Identity Platform, on Enterprise.
API Security
How your provider connection stays secure
Every API call from Call Coach IQ to your phone platform travels through our hardened server-side proxy layer — never directly from your browser. Six independent controls protect your credentials and your data.
Server-side proxy
Provider API calls are made exclusively from Firebase Cloud Functions — one dedicated callable per provider. Your browser never contacts your phone platform directly, eliminating a class of token-leakage attacks.
Credentials in Secret Manager
API keys and OAuth tokens are stored in Google Secret Manager and loaded at call time by the function. They are never written to Firestore, never returned to the client, and never appear in logs.
App Check enforcement
Every proxy callable requires a valid Firebase App Check token, verified by reCAPTCHA Enterprise. Requests that lack a token — bots, scrapers, unapproved clients — are rejected before any provider call is made.
Independent rate limits
Each of the 19 provider callables carries its own Firestore-backed rate limit per user and company — 500, 300 or 200 requests per 5 minutes, depending on the provider. A runaway client cannot exhaust your provider quota.
Path allowlisting
Every provider adapter maintains a strict allowlist of permitted API paths. Requests to paths outside that list are rejected at the function boundary — the proxy cannot be used to reach arbitrary provider endpoints.
Token revocation checks
Each proxy call verifies that the caller's Firebase session has not been revoked. Offboarded agents or compromised accounts cannot use a still-valid ID token to continue accessing provider data after their session is invalidated.
