Credentials you'll need
These are the values you'll paste into Call Coach IQ when setting up the integration. Gather them from RingCentral before starting.
Use https://platform.ringcentral.com for production (or https://platform.devtest.ringcentral.com for sandbox).
Example: https://platform.ringcentral.com
Developer Console → your app → Credentials → Client ID.
Developer Console → your app → Credentials → Client Secret.
Your main RingCentral phone number in E.164 format, used to scope API requests to your account.

Step-by-step setup
Follow these steps in your RingCentral account, then enter the credentials in Call Coach IQ → Admin → System & Data → Third-Party API Integration.

Create an app in the Developer Console
Go to developers.ringcentral.com → Create App → Server/Web (no user authentication). Set the auth flow to Client Credentials.

Add required OAuth scopes
Add scopes: ReadAccounts, ReadCallLog, ReadCallRecording, ReadPresence, Contacts.

Graduate to production
New apps start in sandbox. Submit for production access in the Developer Console and wait for approval (usually same-day for standard scopes).

Copy credentials
From the app Credentials tab, copy the Client ID, Client Secret, and your main RingCentral number.

Enter credentials in Call Coach IQ
In Admin → System & Data, select RingCentral and fill in all four fields.
