Onboarding Built From
Your Own Calls.
Generic training decks teach agents how a call is supposed to go. A learning path teaches them how your calls actually go — a real recording from your library, the policy article behind it, a live simulation, a quiz they have to pass outright, and a pivot they have to write themselves. Steps unlock in order, and nobody quietly stalls halfway through without you knowing.
Five Kinds of Step
A path is assembled from five step types: a call from your library, a knowledge base article, a live simulation, a multi-question quiz, and pivot practice where the agent writes the line themselves. Mix them in whatever order the material needs.
Exemplars From Your Best Calls
Library-call steps draw on the Best Calls Library, so the model an agent studies is a real call one of your own people took — not a scripted sample recorded by a vendor.
Sequential Unlock
Step two does not open until step one is done. An agent cannot skim ahead to the quiz, and a path finishes in the order the admin who built it intended.
Quizzes Graded Server-Side
Multi-question quizzes are graded on the server, so the answer key never reaches the browser — and a quiz step only counts as complete at 100%. Partial credit does not unlock the next step.
Manual or Automatic Enrolment
Admins enrol agents by hand, or switch a path to auto-enrol new agents so every future hire lands in onboarding the day their account is created. Auto-enrolment applies going forward; it does not retroactively enrol your existing floor.
Stalled Agents, and a Nudge
Anyone enrolled 30 days or more without finishing counts as stalled, and the count shows as a badge on the path. Click it to see exactly who, and send each one a personal note — deduplicated to one nudge per agent, per path, per manager, per day, so a check-in never becomes a pile-on.
How It Fits with the Rest of the Platform
Training paths are built from material the platform already produces:
Coaching tells an agent what to work on after a call. A learning path is where they go to actually work on it, with the material sequenced.
Pivot practice steps are drawn from the same library of proven phrases, so agents rehearse the exact lines your top performers use.
Article steps put the policy inside the path itself, so training stays anchored to the documents your company actually publishes.
The recordings and scores that make a call worth studying come from the same scoring pipeline every call runs through.
Completing a path can attach a badge to the agent's own dashboard, next to their scores and coaching queue.
Who Benefits from the Training Hub
For the Customer
The agent handling your call was trained on real recordings of calls like yours — including the ones that went badly — rather than on a generic script written by someone who has never worked your accounts.
For the Agent
Training arrives as a path you can actually finish: one step at a time, in order, with a real call to listen to instead of a slide deck. Complete it and the badge lands on your own performance dashboard.
For the Business
Onboarding stops depending on whoever has a free afternoon. Paths are built once, new hires can be enrolled automatically, and anyone who has been sitting on step two for a month shows up as a number you can click.
